Why were you banned?
I was marked here back in 2014 and Eoj Charlie told me the things I said did not justify or prove I should be unmarked here. However he did say I could appeal here in a few months:

Why should Harpoon grant your appeal?
I've finally dealt with my Steamrep tag and it's now a caution tag - I believe 5+ years for this caution tag and already having a Steamrep should already be enough - Think at this point it would just confuse people if I have multiple caution tags.
