Why should Harpoon grant your appeal?
This was 3 years ago, I was young, dumb, and cocky. I thought that I would win, and had nothing to pay in the case that I lost. I attempted to last minute, but had to flee as nothing showed of it. This has caused me to only now be restricted from using sites like Scrap.tf and others, and it's nothing more than an inconvenience I'd like to get off my back.
